Shopping, dining, and entertainment are close by, and the home is within an easy drive of Disney World, Universal Studios, and other Orlando attractions. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. There is no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form.
