Enjoy the outdoor pool and hot tub with outdoor furniture for relaxing poolside. A BBQ grill is available for casual meals at home. Pool heat is available for an additional $35 per day of stay. A crib and high chair are provided. On-site laundry facilities include a washer and dryer. Parking can accommodate up to (2) vehicles in the driveway. Propane for the grill is provided by guests. Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Pool and spa heating can be added for an additional $35 per day of stay. Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at $100) for reservations of 2 nights or more. For 1-night reservations, a $500 refundable security deposit is required. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age. Late check-outs not approved in writing will be fined up to $300.
