The brand new, fully equipped kitchen boasts a massive wraparound island with seating for three, stainless steel appliances, including a full-size refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, stovetop/oven, and all necessary cookware, utensils, plates, cups, pots, pans, toaster, electric kettle, coffee machine, and more, providing all the comforts of home. Additional amenities include fast wireless internet, a washer and dryer inside the unit, and one free parking spot. Amenities include a resort-style heated swimming pool, pool cabanas and pool furniture, a lighted tennis court, a fitness center, and vending machines available inside the building. Washers and dryers are available on every floor, with a cashless laundry card purchasable and refillable at the lobby. One parking spot is included, saving you $15 per day. A resort fee of $51.50 per stay is payable at check-in, which includes two FOB activated waterproof bracelets. Additional fobs are available for a $10 fee each. Any party exceeding the maximum occupancy will not be accommodated, and the reservation will be declined from the front desk. Check-in time is only from 4 PM to 10 PM, with late check-ins incurring a $50 fee. Late check-ins will have to claim wristbands from the front desk the following day. Early check-in or late checkout may be granted depending on availability but with an additional cost, paid separately.
