The backyard contains a large pool perfect for cooling off during a hot summer day, with a fenced-in yard for complete privacy. The garage is remodeled as a game room. House-trained pets are welcome at a fee of USD 150 per pet per stay. An additional nightly rate of USD 39 will be applied for each guest exceeding the first 6 guests. Free parking is available in the 2-car garage. Nestled in the Creek Crossing neighborhood of Mesquite, this home is not too far from DFW Airport and is centrally located less than 25 minutes from downtown Dallas and the many wonderful attractions it has to offer. Mesquite boasts plenty of attractions of its own, including the Mesquite Rodeo, Devil’s Bowl Speedway, Mesquite Arts Center, Opal Lawrence Historical Park, the Rows of Texas dining and shopping district, and the Paschall Park Butterfly Trail, all just under 10 minutes away. Mesquite Golf Club is less than 20 minutes away. If you arrive by car, Uber and Lyft are only minutes away 24/7. Only registered guests are allowed on the property. The fifth bedroom will only be opened for groups of 12 or more guests. The fireplace is gas operated and should only be used by those familiar with its proper use, and should not be left unattended. The pool is professionally serviced twice a week during the summer months and once a week during the rest of the year. This is not a heated pool. A noise alert device has been installed to measure decibels and send alerts if reasonable noise levels are exceeded. Quiet hours are between 10:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m. Parties and large gatherings are not allowed. Smoking is allowed outdoors, but cigarette butts must be disposed of in the trash.
