There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Any mess and/or pet waste is expected to be cleaned, picked up, and disposed of properly. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes. Violations may result in towing or fines per HOA rules. Be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10 PM and before 8 AM, and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. No fireworks of any kind. No firearms on property, unless kept locked in a vehicle. Failure to properly bag trash and dispose of in the correct bin can result in fines up to $200.
