Enjoy access to a private pool and hot tub, and a patio set-up for relaxed afternoons with outdoor furniture and a grill. Your stay includes free access to The Retreat at ChampionsGate amenities, including the resort-style pool with water slide and cabanas, lazy river, fitness center, movie theater, games room, playground, volleyball courts, tennis courts, and the public 18-hole golf course with driving range and clubhouse. If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you for $35 per day of stay. Everything you need is close by, whether you’re spending full days at Disney, heading to Universal Studios or SeaWorld, or staying local to enjoy dining options just a couple of miles away. ChampionsGate is a gated masterplan community with world-class golf courses and nearby access to Orlando’s theme parks, along with shopping and dining at Posner Park. Self check-in is available with a smart lock. Parking can accommodate up to 4 vehicles in the driveway parked back to back. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes. Violations may result in towing or fines per HOA rules. A pet fee is applied. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors. Be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10pm and before 8am and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. Failure to properly bag trash and dispose of it in the correct bin can result in fines up to $200.
