This is a pet-friendly home, with a pet fee of up to $150 security deposit required for one house-trained dog, subject to breed and weight approval. Pool and spa heating can be added for $35 per day. Conveniently situated about 10 miles from Disney, this home is close to theme parks like Universal Studios and SeaWorld, as well as dining options just a couple of miles away. ChampionsGate is a master-planned community offering world-class golf courses and nearby access to shopping at Posner Park. Proximity to I-4 and Highway 27 makes travel easy. There is no smoking or drugs allowed inside the home or on the property. Quiet hours are observed from 10pm to 8am, with excessive noise to be kept to a minimum. Late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. Guests are required to take out the trash and dispose of it properly upon departure, failure to do so may result in fines up to $200. A damage protection option is required for all reservations, either a $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at $100) for reservations of 2 nights or more. For 1-night reservations, a $500 refundable security deposit is required. Check-out time is 10 AM. Any mess and/or pet waste is expected to be cleaned up and disposed of properly. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community. Firearms are not allowed on property unless kept locked in a vehicle. Please wipe shoes at the door and it is preferred that shoes are removed indoors. No fireworks of any kind are allowed. Report damages immediately.
