It's close to LakePoint Sports Complex, with easy access to Kennesaw State University, and a short drive to Truist Park and Downtown Atlanta. The property is also minutes from I-75. This is a non-smoking property, and any evidence of smoking indoors or outdoors will incur a $400 housekeeping expense. No events are permitted. Check-out is at 10 am. If the cleaning team arrives and is unable to access the property due to a delayed checkout, a $50 cleaner trip fee will apply. Tampering with or disabling electronic monitoring devices is prohibited. The property utilizes a septic tank; please only flush toilet paper. Trash must be bagged and placed in the garbage bin, and the bin must be rolled to the end of the road Thursday nights for Friday morning pickup. Failure to set trash out for scheduled pickup incurs a fee. In the event of a system failure, neither the property owner nor the management shall be liable to the guest for damages, and no refunds will be given. Management will make an effort to promptly repair or replace the failed system or equipment. Management will not assume liability for any loss, damage, or inconvenience caused by weather conditions, natural disasters, pests, construction, acts of God, or other reasons beyond its control. Guest personal property is not insured by the owner against loss or damage. Management recommends guests carry or obtain insurance to protect themselves and their personal property. Guest agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the owner and management from all claims, disputes, litigation, judgments, costs, and attorney fees resulting from loss, damage, or injury to guest or licensees or their personal property. All payments are non-refundable. Reservations canceled within 24 hours of booking confirmation will be refunded, minus any applicable fees. For cancellations made after 24 hours of booking confirmation or within 24 hours of check-in, all payments will be forfeited. Any additional charges above the standard cleaning fee will be collected after confirmation or once stay thresholds (40/60 nights) are reached. There is an additional fee of $20 for every hour before or after standard time for early check-in or late check-out requests. There is a 15-minute grace period after 10 am check-out, a $25 fee ensues every 15 minutes thereafter. If you need to check-in before 10 am or check-out after 4 pm, the additional night must be booked to accommodate the request. Parties are prohibited. There is an additional fee of $25 per extra person, per night for each additional guest beyond the property's bed count. The internet plan includes 1.2TB per month; exceeding this limit may impact speeds. No refunds are issued for internet outages or slow speeds. If a fireplace is present, it is for decorative purposes only and strictly prohibited from being used. Includes high-speed Wi-Fi throughout.
