Quiet hours are observed between 10 PM and 8 AM. There is absolutely no smoking or drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. A damage protection option is required for all reservations. For 1-night reservations, guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit. For reservations of 2 nights or more, guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). Check-out is at 10 AM. Late check-outs not approved in writing will be fined up to $300. Number of vehicles on property should never exceed two per reservation. Up to one car may park on the designated area. Failure to properly dispose of trash can result in fines up to $300.
