Indoor parking is not available as the garage has been transformed into a game room. Ideally located, this home offers quick access to Orlando's top attractions. Disney World is just 20–25 minutes away, SeaWorld is a 30-minute drive, and Universal Studios is only 35 minutes away. The Windsor at Westside community is a short stroll from the clubhouse and offers world-class resort amenities including a sprawling pool, lazy river, water slides, splash pool, hot tub, volleyball and basketball courts, BBQ and picnic areas, and a clubhouse with arcades, a bar & lounge. Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is absolutely no smoking or drugs allowed inside the home or on the property. Late check-outs may result in a fee of up to $300. A damage protection option is required for all reservations. For reservations of 2 nights or more, guests may choose between a $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at $100). For 1-night reservations, a $500 refundable security deposit is required. The number of vehicles on the property should not exceed two per reservation, with up to one car allowed to park in the designated area. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors, keeping excessive noise to a minimum during quiet hours. No fireworks or firearms are allowed on the property.
