There is another unit on this property, which is a totally separate structure and divided by a 6" tall wooden fence to ensure ample privacy. Smoking is permitted outside the property in designated outdoor areas, and guests are asked to clean up afterward and properly dispose of cigarette butts. Additional fees apply for smoking indoors ($250), vomit/bodily fluid or waste ($250), broken glass/food in the hot tub ($250), illegal drug paraphernalia ($250), glitter or confetti ($200), unauthorized pets ($200 per pet), dirty dishes ($50), and missing towels ($20 per towel). A maximum of 1 vehicle is allowed, and no street parking is available. Pets are not allowed. Any unregistered pet will incur a minimum $250 emergency cleaning and sanitation fee, covering deep cleaning, allergy treatment, odor removal, and extra turnover time.
