Nestled in a very safe and quiet neighborhood, this cottage is literally walking distance to Cary Downtown Park. Enjoy a stroll during the afternoon or late evening to experience the “Cary” town feel. The area is calm, peaceful, and very enjoyable, with attractions such as the Harrison/Chatham intersection, The Mayton Inn, Cary Arts Center, and many more within walking distance. For dining and nightlife, explore the local boutique cafes and restaurants like Crosstown Pub & Grill and Once in a Blue Moon Bakery & Cafe. Larger grocery stores are a short drive away, and Cary Park Perimeter with local corporations is just 5 to 10 minutes by car. A $250 penalty applies if noise levels, parties, or other obscene behavior require a police callout, and you will be dismissed from the property without a refund. A $100 penalty applies for leaving trash outside the entrance to your property. Damage to the interior or common areas will result in a pro-rated auto-chargeback from your booking account. On checkout, please turn off the lights, A/C unit, water, and gas/stove, and lock the door behind you. Penalties will automatically be withdrawn from your booking account. No smoking and no parties or events are allowed.
