Nestled in a very safe and quiet neighborhood, this cottage is within walking distance to Cary Downtown Park. Enjoy a tranquil stroll along the pedestrian walk and explore nearby attractions such as the Harrison/Chatham intersection, The Mayton Inn, Cary Arts Center, and more. Discover boutique cafes and restaurants like Crosstown Pub & Grill and Once in a Blue Moon Bakery & Cafe. For larger grocery needs, stores like Harris-Teeter and Kroger are a short drive away. A late check-out without authorization will incur a night-rate cost penalty. Parties are fully prohibited, and quiet time is from 10 PM to 6 AM. A $300 penalty applies for smoking on the property, and you will be dismissed from your rental without a refund. A $250 penalty applies if noise levels, parties, or other obscene behavior require a police callout, and you will be dismissed from the property without a refund. A $100 penalty applies for leaving trash outside the entrance. Damage to the interior or common areas will result in a pro-rated auto-chargeback from your booking account. On checkout, please turn off the lights, A/C unit, water, and gas/stove, and lock the door behind you. Penalties will be withdrawn from your booking account.
