There is a lovely wrap-around front deck that would be relaxing on spring and summer nights, and a lovely enclosed backyard. The cottage is thoughtfully designed to ensure you feel at home, with updated interiors that blend vintage charm with modern amenities. The full kitchen is equipped for all your culinary needs, and the living spaces are designed for comfort and relaxation. Situated in a very safe and quiet neighborhood, this cottage is literally walking distance to Cary Downtown Park. Enjoy a stroll during the afternoon and late evening to experience the calm, peaceful, and enjoyable “Cary” town feel. The Harrison/Chatham intersection, The Mayton Inn, Cary Arts Center, the Fountain, Pavilion, Great Lawn, Skywalk, and many more attractions are all within walking distance. Enjoy the nightlife, dining, and tranquil stroll along the pedestrian walk. There are many boutique cafes and restaurants such as Crosstown Pub & Grill, Once in a Blue Moon Bakery & Cafe, Serendipity Gourmet Deli, Academy Street Bistro, The Cotton House Craft Beer, and The Verandah. For groceries, larger stores like Harris-Teeter, Kroger, Lidl, and Walmart are a short drive away. Cary Park Perimeter with many local corporations like SAS, Sprint, and Verizon is a 5 to 10-minute drive. Other large events in the area include Arboretum, Museums, Wake Med Soccer Park, Lake Crabtree County Park, and Bond Park, approximately a 10 to 15-minute drive. A late check-out without authorization will lead to a night-rate cost penalty. Parties are fully prohibited, with quiet time from 10 PM to 6 AM. There is a $300 penalty for smoking on the property, and you will be dismissed from your rental without a refund. A $250 penalty applies if noise levels, parties, or other obscene behavior require a police callout, and you will be dismissed from the property without a refund. A $100 penalty applies for leaving trash outside the entrance to your property. Once your trash cans are full, please deposit trash in the large trash cans located at the building entrance. A $200 fine applies for leaving the kayaks on the pool. Kindly return them to the designated place. Do not throw trash or paper towels or toilet paper in the toilet to avoid clogging. Damage to the interior of the property or common areas will result in a pro-rated auto-chargeback from your booking account. On checkout, please turn off the lights, the A/C unit, water, and gas/stove, and lock the door behind you. Penalties will automatically be withdrawn from your booking account.
