Close enough to the theme parks, yet just far enough to still experience local Orlando living, there’s a refined hipster vibe, packed with the area’s hottest restaurants, sleek bars, eclectic coffee shops, shopping, world-class museums, and a liberal arts college campus right in the center of town. Check-out time is 10:00 AM. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. The number of vehicles on the property should never exceed two per reservation. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors, and be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10:00 PM and before 8:00 AM. Also, keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. No fireworks of any kind are allowed. No firearms are allowed on the property, unless kept locked in a vehicle.
