The full kitchen includes stainless steel appliances. The MIL suite is furnished and cozy. Free parking is available for up to two vehicles. The location of this home is unbeatable, less than 10 minutes to downtown Orlando, 5 minutes to grocery and convenience stores, 8 minutes to restaurants and shopping, and 20 minutes to Disney and Universal Studios. Winter Park is known for its Old World charm, beautiful brick streets, and historic neighborhoods. It's uniquely like a mini-version of Manhattan’s Central Park, but in Central Florida, with an abundance of parks. For an exceptional view, get out on the water and explore the vibrant lakes. Close enough to the theme parks, yet just far enough to still experience local Orlando living, there’s a refined hipster vibe, packed with the area’s hottest restaurants, sleek bars, eclectic coffee shops, shopping, world-class museums, and a liberal arts college campus right in the center of town. Check-out time is 10:00 AM. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. The number of vehicles on the property should never exceed two per reservation. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors, and be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10:00 PM and before 8:00 AM. Also, keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. No fireworks of any kind are allowed. No firearms are allowed on the property, unless kept locked in a vehicle. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules. [SI]
