The primary bedroom features an en-suite full bathroom, while another full bathroom is available on the second floor and a half bathroom on the first floor. The kitchen is fully loaded with pots, pans, silverware, kitchen utensils, plates, and much more, perfect for preparing meals with a large dining table, kitchen bar area, and breakfast nook. The large living room boasts a 65-inch smart TV. The backyard and pool area include lounge chairs, a dining area, and a mini seating area around a fire pit. The interior is recently remodeled and professionally decorated, making this home feel fresh and modern, while still making you feel right at home. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating, and a washer/dryer. Pets are welcome with a fee of $150 per pet per stay. An additional nightly rate applies for 7 or more guests, with a fee of $39 per guest per night.
