Located in DeBordieu Colony, guests towing a boat must obtain a temporary boat decal and pay seasonal fees: Summer is $200 per week, $100 for 72 hours, $50 for 24 hours and fall - spring $100 per week. Golf carts must be battery/electric powered. In all other locations gas carts are allowed. Must have no more than 3 bench seats. Operators must be at least 16 years of age, have a valid driver's license and obey all South Carolina traffic regulations. Operation is limited to daylight hours. The minimum age to rent this property is 25. No repairs, cleaning, washing, or maintenance to any vehicle shall be carried out on the rental property. If a pet is discovered on a property not designated as pet friendly, the rental will be terminated immediately, no refund will be given and there will be a minimum charge of $500 for carpet cleaning and flea control.
