Double doors lead to a generous screened porch with rocking chairs, offering sweeping ocean views and easy beach access. An elevator provides comfort and convenience for guests of all ages. The house is wired throughout with a sound system providing SiriusXM satellite radio and allowing you to play your own music via iPhone/iPad connectors and wireless AirPlay. When it's time for fun, head to the game room/family room, complete with a pool table and game table. Guests receive a beach gear rental credit of up to $50 per day towards bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, and more. A temporary DeBordieu Sports Membership may be available for an additional fee. Vehicle gate passes are required and cost $20 per car. RVs, motorcycles, motorbikes, jet skis, and gas-powered golf carts are not permitted in DeBordieu Colony. DeBordieu Colony is a very private, oceanfront gated community located near Pawleys Island, South Carolina, on the coast between Charleston and Myrtle Beach. For a fee, most homes and villas offer on-site private DeBordieu Club amenities such as golf, tennis, and multiple dining options. The community boasts miles of beach and tidal creeks, an on-site nature preserve with walking trails and bike paths, and a delightful year-round climate. No pets are allowed and there is no smoking on the premises. A $500.00 fee will be charged for violations of the no-smoking policy. Guests under the age of 25 must be accompanied by a responsible parent or guardian to book a property. Check-in is after 3:00 p.m. and check-out is before 10:00 a.m. A $100 holdover fee will be charged if the property is not vacated by 10:00 AM.
