Smoking is not allowed on the premises, with a minimum smoking fee of $200, which may increase if the property's condition renders it temporarily unrentable. No pets are allowed at this vacation rental. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am. Unauthorized events or parties are not allowed. Drought conditions may affect Lake Travis, and water levels may be lower than shown in listing photos. Refunds or cancellations cannot be offered based on water levels. Common areas at The Reserve at Lake Travis are not managed by the trusted partner. To ensure a smooth check-in experience, you'll be asked to review and sign the house rules and terms and conditions via the Guest App Link sent in your reservation confirmation. Please make sure to complete both steps at least 24 hours before your arrival to receive your arrival instructions. If any furniture is moved, please place it back in the original space where it was found. In the event that you need to use the hard key, please place it back in the lockbox before departing. Failure to return any keys used to the lockbox will result in a $100 replacement fee per key. Additional fees may be incurred if personal items are left behind. HVAC rules include not setting the home's thermostat above 76 (heating) or below 68 (cooling). To avoid overloading the system, adjust the thermostat by no more than 2 degrees per hour and keep the doors and windows closed as much as possible. Texas is known for its bug inhabitants, and proactive measures are taken to manage this. If you encounter issues, feel free to use the bug spray underneath the sink.
