Free parking is available across the street in the unpaved lot on a first-come, first-served basis. Located just west of Austin along the south shore of Lake Travis, The Reserve at Lake Travis offers a blend of tranquility and adventure. With direct access to Lake Travis, you're free to boat, swim, wakeboard, water ski, or cruise. Explore Central Texas with nearby championship golf courses, over 125 shops and restaurants at the Hill Country Galleria, and the music, food, and nightlife of downtown Austin, just a 45-minute drive away. Nearby restaurants include TR Restaurant - Lakeway Resort & Spa, Sp Brazilian Steakhouse, The Grove Wine Bar & Kitchen - Lakeway, The Dining Room at Lake Austin Spa Resort, and Steiner Ranch Steakhouse. Local attractions include Dragon Park, Lakeway City Park, Lake Travis Zipline Adventures, Volente Beach Resort and Waterpark, and Austin Aquarium. Drought conditions may affect Lake Travis, and water levels may be lower than shown in listing photos; refunds or cancellations cannot be offered based on water levels.
