The spa-inspired bathroom offers a walk-in shower, double sinks, and a soaking tub set beside a two-sided fireplace. A washer and dryer are conveniently located in the bathroom. Central air-conditioning keeps the space comfortable. Step onto your spacious private deck, complete with lounge chairs, an outdoor shower, and a propane barbeque grill. Free parking is available across the street in the unpaved lot on a first-come, first-served basis. Located just west of Austin along the south shore of Lake Travis, The Reserve at Lake Travis offers a blend of tranquility and adventure. With direct access to Lake Travis, you're free to boat, swim, wakeboard, water ski, or cruise. Explore Central Texas with nearby championship golf courses, over 125 shops and restaurants at the Hill Country Galleria, and the music, food, and nightlife of downtown Austin, just a 45-minute drive away. Nearby restaurants include TR Restaurant - Lakeway Resort & Spa, Sp Brazilian Steakhouse, The Grove Wine Bar & Kitchen - Lakeway, The Dining Room at Lake Austin Spa Resort, and Steiner Ranch Steakhouse. Local attractions include Dragon Park, Lakeway City Park, Lake Travis Zipline Adventures, Volente Beach Resort and Waterpark, and Austin Aquarium. Nearby grocery and shopping options include Target, Homegoods, H-E-B, Randalls, and Hill Country Galleria. The primary guest must be at least 25 years old and present for the entire reservation. Pets are not allowed. Smoking is not allowed in the premises, and the minimum smoking fee is $200, but the total charge may be higher if the property's condition renders it temporarily unrentable. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am. Parties and unauthorized events or parties are not allowed. Fireworks are not allowed. The stairs leading to the loft are steep, so observe safety and monitor children at all times. If any furniture is moved, please place it back in the original space where it was found. If you need to use the hard key, place it back in the lockbox before departing; failure to return any keys used to the lockbox will result in a $100 replacement fee per key. Additional fees may be incurred if personal items are left behind. All pool and water attractions, food and beverage areas, and The Lodge are currently closed. Drought conditions may affect Lake Travis, and water levels may be lower than shown in listing photos; refunds or cancellations cannot be offered based on water levels. Common areas at The Reserve at Lake Travis are not managed by the trusted partner. Please do not set the thermostat above 76 (heating) or below 68 (cooling).
