A car isn’t necessary to explore the area, as you can find restaurants, entertainment, and activities within walking distance. There are also Lime and Bird electric scooters in the area available for rent. Guests must agree not to disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9pm-7am each day. The apartment is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. No outside guests are allowed without permission. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal, and the presence of emotional support animals can be declined from stays or Experiences. To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, and pass through our verification portal. In some instances, you may be asked to complete a criminal background check. Failure to provide these documents may result in cancellation and denied entry.
