The same charge applies if cigarette butts are found outside of the home. If marijuana is smoked in or around the home, a $500 fee will be charged, and details about the reservation may be turned over to the appropriate authorities. Parties are prohibited, and quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. Violating quiet hours and disturbing neighbors will result in cancellation of the reservation without a refund. Pets are not allowed, and if a pet is found on the property, a deep cleaning fee of $500 will be charged, and guests will be required to depart immediately with no refunds given. Guests will be responsible for any damage to the home or its furnishings during their stay. There is a $100 charge for third-party trash removal if an excessive amount of trash is left at the property.
