The first floor of the townhouse includes a kitchen with a dining area and a living room. The second-floor bedroom offers a queen-size bed and a full bathroom. The top floor features a full-size bed, a flat-screen TV, and a desk, while the lower level includes a half bath, a desk, and a sofa that converts into a sleeper sofa. Access to the third-floor bedroom is through the main bedroom via a spiral staircase. Pets are considered on a case-by-case basis with an additional $150 pet cleaning fee per pet, as the apartment requires special cleaning after your stay. Guests bringing pets will need to sign a pet contract. Parking is available in the private lot behind the building at a cost of $15 per night, and must be reserved ahead of time to guarantee a space. For stays of 28 days or longer, an additional cleaning fee of $90 will be charged. Pack n' Play and high chair are available upon request for $10 per night. Self check-in and check-out are available, and a welcome booklet will be emailed two weeks prior to arrival, with arrival instructions sent three days before check-in. There is a $150 lost key fee and a $100 lockout fee. Includes a desk on the top floor and another in the lower level, providing ample space for a remote work-friendly set-up. A laptop computer is not included.
