Nestled on a quiet residential street, this townhouse features four levels of living space and central air conditioning, offering flexibility as a 1-bedroom with a first-floor living room and top-floor office, or as a 2-bedroom with a first-floor living room. The first floor of the townhouse includes a kitchen with a dining area and a living room. The second-floor bedroom offers a queen-size bed and a full bathroom. The top floor features a full-size bed, a flat-screen TV, and a desk, while the lower level includes a half bath, a desk, and a sofa that converts into a sleeper sofa. Access to the third-floor bedroom is through the main bedroom via a spiral staircase. Pets are considered on a case-by-case basis with an additional $150 pet cleaning fee per pet, as the apartment requires special cleaning after your stay. Guests bringing pets will need to sign a pet contract. Parking is available in the private lot behind the building at a cost of $15 per night, and must be reserved ahead of time to guarantee a space. For stays of 28 days or longer, an additional cleaning fee of $90 will be charged. Pack n' Play and high chair are available upon request for $10 per night. This townhouse is within walking distance to Harvard Square and Central Square, which offer numerous restaurants, coffee shops, boutiques, and cafés. It is a 7-minute walk from the Red Line at the Central stop, providing convenient access to the rest of the city. Guests must walk through the main bedroom and use the spiral staircase to access the third-floor bedroom. Self check-in and check-out are available, and a welcome booklet will be emailed two weeks prior to arrival, with arrival instructions sent three days before check-in. There is a $150 lost key fee and a $100 lockout fee. Includes a desk on the top floor and another in the lower level, providing ample space for a remote work-friendly set-up. A laptop computer is not included.
