A spacious laundry room with a washer and dryer is also available, along with a full bathroom featuring a walk-in shower. Outdoors, enjoy a large porch with an outdoor couch and Adirondack chairs, perfect for soaking up the beautiful Florida sun. This home is pet-friendly, accommodating one dog under 50 lbs with a $100 non-refundable pet fee. The dog must be up to date on vaccinations, have flea treatment, and be potty trained. Guests are responsible for any damages caused by the pet during their stay. Additional charges apply if dog waste is not properly disposed of.
