A sitting room adjacent to the living room features a twin daybed with a trundle to accommodate two guests. The spacious dining room seats six, and the fully equipped kitchen includes a drip coffee maker, fridge, stove, oven, microwave, pots and pans set, plates, bowls, and more. A spacious laundry room with a washer and dryer is also available, along with a full bathroom featuring a walk-in shower. Outdoors, enjoy a large porch with an outdoor couch and Adirondack chairs, perfect for soaking up the beautiful Florida sun. This home is pet-friendly, accommodating one dog under 50 lbs with a $100 non-refundable pet fee. The dog must be up to date on vaccinations, have flea treatment, and be potty trained. Guests are responsible for any damages caused by the pet during their stay. Additional charges apply if dog waste is not properly disposed of. Located in the heart of Uptown St. Augustine, this home offers easy access to the nation's most historic city, known for its charm and vibrant culture. From the Castillo de San Marcos National Monument to the Ripley’s Believe It or Not Museum, there's something for everyone just minutes away. The suite is a short walk from the main street, known for boutique shops, art galleries, antique stores, and local eateries. Head south along San Marco Ave for innovative food and drink options, indie shops, and the downtown Historic District, just a 15-minute walk away. Architecture enthusiasts will appreciate the nearby historic neighborhoods listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The old Town Trolley Tours offer a fun way to see the city with a hop-on, hop-off service, with a stop right down the street. Quiet hours are enforced from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. The minimum age to book is 21, and the primary guest must be present for the duration of the stay. No parties are allowed, including bachelor/bachelorette parties, wedding parties, or large group gatherings. Any guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved by the hosts prior to arrival. The home has an actively recording security camera at the front door. Tampering with the camera may result in reservation cancellation. No vaping or smoking is allowed on the property, including the front porch.
