The bathroom features a shower, toilet, sink, and dryer, with towels and sanitary essentials provided. The unit also includes a washer and dryer. The apartment is perfectly located on Sainte-Catherine East Street, close to all local shops, bakeries, grocery stores, cheese shops, fruit shops, and more. For grocery shopping, Metro and 3 Paniers are just a few steps away. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment, and violation of this rule will result in a $500 penalty.
