Renovations prior to 2020 introduced hardwood floors, new doors, trim, paint, and decor, along with updated art decor and bedding in the bedrooms. Enjoy a newer fireplace, exposed wood beams, tongue and groove ceilings, a 50-inch smart HDTV, and a Bluetooth soundbar stereo, all while taking in great views of the ski slopes, surrounding mountains, and the Yampa Valley. The in-unit washer and dryer add to the convenience. Enjoy access to the clubhouse, located about 50 yards away, which features an attendant, a lounge area, locker rooms with restrooms, showers, and saunas.
