A car is recommended for this property, though a free city bus runs from the ski mountain base area approximately every 20 minutes throughout the winter. The walk to the bus stop is downhill, with an uphill walk back to the home, approximately 1/2 mile with no sidewalk. Uber and Lyft are also available in Steamboat. Noise monitoring devices and security cameras are present on the exterior of the property to ensure security and guest honesty. If you plan to bring more people or dogs than indicated, host a party or event, or do not intend to respect neighbors or the property's value, this is not the place for you. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am, during which all noise must be kept to a reasonable level, not exceeding 70 decibels. Outside of quiet hours, noise should not exceed 85 decibels. Occupancy by more than the number of guests listed in the booking is strictly prohibited.
