Parking is available in a garage around the corner on 2nd Street - Autopark Olde City. Street parking is available after 8 pm daily and all weekend (Sat & Sun). Well-behaved pets are welcome with a fee of $50 per pet for 1-6 nights, $100 per pet for 7-21 nights, and a maximum of $175 per pet per month for stays of 21+ nights and monthly bookings. Please note that door codes will not be activated until the pet fee is paid. Guests must complete a verification process, including government-issued photo ID, signing a rental agreement, and information verification. A refundable security deposit of $200 or a nonrefundable damage waiver of $29 applies. Mail/package deliveries are not allowed. No candles, incense, or open flames are permitted. Always lock the door. Undeclared or unauthorized extra guests or pets will be charged $50 per night, per guest/pet. Late check-out fees apply at $75 every 30 minutes after 11 am.
