The bedroom offers a comfortable queen bed with a foam mattress, closet with hangers & shelves, and another large flat-screen 4K Roku Smart TV. The full bathroom is stocked with essential toiletries and includes a bath with a shower, wash basin, mirror, and toilet. A pack n' play and high chair are available. Parking is available in a garage around the corner on 2nd Street - Autopark Olde City. Street parking is available after 8 pm daily and all weekend (Sat & Sun). Well-behaved pets are welcome with a fee of $50 per pet for 1-6 nights, $100 per pet for 7-21 nights, and a maximum of $175 per pet per month for stays of 21+ nights and monthly bookings. Please note that door codes will not be activated until the pet fee is paid. Check-in is any time after 4-11 PM and check-out is by 10 AM. No smoking, vaping, or marijuana use is permitted on the property at any time. No parties, events, or unauthorized visitors are allowed. Quiet hours are observed after 10:00 pm. Exterior doorbell cameras are installed outside each apartment unit. Guests must complete a verification process, including government-issued photo ID, signing a rental agreement, and information verification. A refundable security deposit of $200 or a nonrefundable damage waiver of $29 applies. Mail/package deliveries are not allowed. No candles, incense, or open flames are permitted. Always lock the door. Undeclared or unauthorized extra guests or pets will be charged $50 per night, per guest/pet. Late check-out fees apply at $75 every 30 minutes after 11 am. Extra cleaning fees are $100/hour. Lost front entrance key fobs will incur a $250 charge. Lost parking passes or swipe cards will result in a $250 charge.
