It is just 5 minutes to USF, 8 minutes to MOSI, 11 minutes to Busch Gardens Tampa, 10 minutes to Takomah Trail Park, and 13 minutes to Lettuce Lake Park. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. In sunny Florida, humidity and bugs are a natural and very common occurrence. The property is professionally sprayed for pests, but it is recommended to pack sunscreen and bug spray. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. The maximum number of guests is eight at any given time. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. No third-party bookings are allowed unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. The number of vehicles on the property should never exceed three per reservation and can park in the spaces labeled "Visitor" spread throughout the community. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors and keep excessive noise to a minimum between 10 PM and 8 AM. No fireworks of any kind are allowed. Firearms are not allowed on the property unless kept locked in a vehicle. Please take out the trash and dispose of it properly per instructions upon departure. Failure to bag trash properly and dispose of it in containers provided can result in fines up to $200. Due to the size of the home and to adequately prepare for next guests, late check-outs are not permitted (unless we've already coordinated in advance) and are susceptible to incurring a late check-out fee of $350.
