The fully stocked kitchen includes cookware, utensils, a breakfast bar with two stools, a high-top dining table for two, a Keurig coffee maker with K-Cups, a popcorn maker, and a cocktail bar with a mixology set. The full bathroom features a tub/shower combo with high-quality bath and face towels, and complimentary toiletries are provided for 3–5 days. Beach towels, chairs, and an umbrella are also included. Laundry facilities are available on the third floor. Free parking is available, but trailers, boats, and jet skis are prohibited. Emotional Support and Service Animals are permitted with prior notice and a $100 pet fee. Unauthorized pets incur a $250 penalty per pet and possible reservation cancellation without refund.
