The full kitchen includes all cookware, utensils, and essentials, as well as a breakfast bar, popcorn maker with gourmet seasonings (when available), coffee bar with K-cups, French press, and kettle, snack basket and cold waters (when available), and cocktail bar with mixology guide and custom glasses. Other amenities include a 43” Roku Smart TV, premium linens, towels & pillows, breakfast trays, a shower with a bathtub, a tropical jungle wall mural, a reading chair with Hemingway short stories, a writer’s desk with a vintage typewriter, a telescope, a yoga mat, and light dumbbells. Enjoy fast Wi-Fi and free parking (no trailers/boats/jet skis). Need an extra bed, crib, decorations, or a stocked fridge? Just ask! Rocky Point is comprised mostly of condos and some hotels and is generally populated by tourists. Nearby restaurants include The Pelican and the resort's bar & grill. Guests can swim in the ocean at Whiskey Joes or Ben T. Davis beach, which are a short drive or walk away. Downtown Tampa, FL, and St. Petersburg are easily accessible by car or ride-sharing services. A digital rental agreement must be signed and completed prior to arrival, including providing a photocopy of a legal ID and a verification selfie. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. If there is any smoke damage determined at our discretion, we reserve the right to charge a $250 penalty. Pets are not allowed except for service animals with prior notice, written approval, and supporting documentation provided to security upon arrival; a $100 pet fee applies. Unauthorized pets incur a $250 penalty per pet and possible reservation cancellation without refund. Guests must clean up after pets; failure to do so results in a $50 penalty. All transactions, including refunds, will incur a 3.7% processing fee applied by our payment processor; this fee is not refundable. If a guest leaves personal items behind and requests their return, they are responsible for a $35 service fee plus packaging and shipping costs. Unless requested and approved in advance in writing, we do not allow any lethal weapons on our properties; a violation of this rule will result in immediate removal from the property along with no refund and a penalty of $250. In the case of a lockout (except in the case of a lock dying due to batteries) we reserve the right to charge a $125 fee for helping gain re-entry; if the lockout is outside regular business hours (Mon – Fri, 8 AM - 8 PM) the fee will be $200. Please keep the thermostat set to “AUTO” mode and do not set the temperature lower than 71°F to prevent system issues. Weekday daytime noise (Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 6 PM) is possible due to neighbors’ projects or renovations and other activities, which are unpredictable and beyond our control. This is Florida, so the occasional pest is common. We treat regularly, and while we don’t issue refunds for pests, we’re always happy to assist if needed. [SI]
