Publix is 4 miles away and Busch Gardens is 15 miles away. A digital rental agreement must be signed and a legal ID and verification photo must be submitted prior to arrival. All the amenities outside of the unit (pool, grills, gym, convenience store, laundry, etc.) and the internet/Wi-Fi are managed by the resort, and cleanliness or availability cannot be guaranteed. Weekday daytime noise is possible due to neighbors’ projects or renovations. If cleaners determine smoking has taken place, whether by observation or smell, a $250 penalty will be charged. Unauthorized late checkouts or early check-ins will result in a charge of $35 for every 30 minutes (rounded up). Unauthorized pets incur a $250 penalty per pet and possible reservation cancellation without refund. Guests must clean up after pets; failure to do so results in a $50 penalty. Unless requested and approved in advance in writing, lethal weapons are not allowed on the property, and a violation of this rule will result in immediate removal from the property along with no refund and a penalty of $250. In the case of a lockout (except in the case of a lock dying due to batteries) a $125 fee will be charged for helping gain re-entry. If the lockout is outside regular business hours (Mon – Fri, 8 AM - 8 PM) the fee will be $200. All transactions, including refunds, will incur a 3.7% processing fee applied by our payment processor; this fee is not refundable. If a guest leaves personal items behind and requests their return, they are responsible for a $35 service fee plus packaging and shipping costs. [SI]
