The full kitchen gives you the flexibility to prepare simple meals or enjoy takeout from nearby restaurants. A washer and dryer are available inside the unit, making longer stays more convenient. Air conditioning and heating keep the space comfortable year-round, and bathroom essentials are provided for a smooth arrival. Guests have access to shared community amenities, including a pool, gym, clubhouse, and lounge areas, as well as a basketball court, walking and biking trails, and a BBQ grill within the community. This apartment is pet-friendly with a one-time pet fee of $150 per pet, with a maximum of 2 pets allowed per unit, not to exceed 50lbs each. Breed restrictions apply and include any percentage, mixture, or combination of Pit Bulls & Staffordshire Terriers, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Chows, Great Danes, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Siberian Huskies, Wolf-hybrids, and any animal known to these breeds by any other name. An un-leashed pet fee is $50.00 per occurrence, and pet waste pick-up is $50.00 per occurrence. Located in Tampa Palms, this apartment is well positioned for exploring the area, with the University of South Florida just a short drive away, along with MOSI, Busch Gardens Tampa, and nearby parks. It’s a practical home base for visiting local attractions while enjoying a calm residential setting. The apartment is located in a prime area near major freeways like I-275 and I-75 for ease of commuting and is close to shopping, dining, and entertainment like Violet Cury Preserve. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. The number of vehicles on the property should never exceed 3 per reservation. A late check-out is not permitted unless coordinated in advance and is susceptible to incurring a late check-out fee of $350. It's important to note that any mess and/or pet waste is expected to be cleaned, picked up, and disposed of properly. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules.
