However, guests must submit a request at least a day or two prior to accessing the common amenities, which include the Fitness Centre and Business Centre. A maximum of 2 guests per unit can access these areas for up to 2 hours per day. Unauthorized access or no prior approval is subject to a fine of $100 per person per day. Any damage to common amenities will incur a charge of a minimum of $150. Only registered guests can use the amenities, and no outsiders or visitors are allowed. Any smell noticed by cleaners in the house, and/or any physical evidence of smoking any substance in the home will result in a fine of $300 to cover the cost of deep cleaning and ozone treatment. Parties and events are strictly prohibited, and any evidence of a party or event will result in a fine of $500, legal action, and possible eviction without reimbursement, plus the cost of any extra cleaning or damages. Noise detection monitors are present. Unauthorized animal or pet incurs a fee of $250. Missing or damaged items will be charged at direct replacement cost plus a fine of up to $250. Unapproved late checkout will result in a $50 charge for every hour after the scheduled checkout time.
