A refundable security deposit of $250 is required, or guests may opt for a non-refundable damage waiver of $30 per night (capped at $150) for stays of 2 nights or more. Any damages or excessive cleaning needs beyond normal wear and tear will be claimed against the security deposit or damage waiver. Pet waste must be cleaned up and disposed of properly, with a $50 fee for un-leashed pets or failure to pick up pet waste per occurrence. Failure to bag trash properly and dispose of it in provided containers can result in fines up to $200. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property.
