No smoking is allowed, with a $500 penalty fee for violations. No events or parties are permitted. Maximum overnight occupancy is six, and maximum occupancy until 10:00 pm is eight. Reduced noise and activity are required after 9 pm to 9 am. Keyless entry with a digital lock is provided. The TV room can be transformed into a private office by closing the French doors.
