Placed right between the city of Burien and surrounding nature, this location offers the best of both worlds. Experience beautiful trails and forest parks, enjoy views along the beach at Seahurst Park, or visit Olde Burien for exciting meals. Surrounded by a variety of shops, both local and non-local, you're close to anything you could want. With freeways leading to Seattle nearby, the possibilities are endless. Downtown Seattle is a 20-minute drive, or you can take public transport from the Burien Transit Center. The airport is about 15 minutes by car or taxi. No smoking is allowed, with a $500 penalty fee for violations. No events or parties are permitted. Maximum overnight occupancy is six, and maximum occupancy until 10:00 pm is eight. Reduced noise and activity are required after 9 pm to 9 am. Keyless entry with a digital lock is provided. The TV room can be transformed into a private office by closing the French doors. High-speed Wi-Fi is available, and a laptop computer is not included.
