The large living area features a gas fireplace and flows into a dining area beside the fully equipped kitchen, which includes appliances and everything you might need. The upper floor features another large living area with its own fireplace and a private, covered balcony, perfect for relaxation. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet, with a maximum of 2 pets per stay. Early check-in and late check-out options are available, subject to availability and may include a small additional fee. An additional nightly rate applies for more than six guests, with a $29/night fee for each additional guest. Located in an upscale area of metropolitan Dallas, this vacation home is conveniently close to major attractions, restaurants, and entertainment hotspots. You’re just 25 minutes from DFW International Airport and 5 minutes from Downtown Dallas. Whole Foods is a 5-minute walk away, and Klyde Warren Park is a 10-minute walk. Nearby attractions include the Perot Museum of Nature and Science, Dallas Museum of Art, and the Sixth Floor Museum, among others. Smoking of any type is not allowed, with violations subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. No parties or events are allowed, and small low-key gatherings are allowed only upon request and approval in advance. The fireplace is gas-operated and should not be left unattended. Noise level monitoring devices are installed to ensure compliance with local noise ordinances and occupancy regulations. Includes high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating, and a washer/dryer. A laptop computer is not included.
