Pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet (maximum of 2 pets per stay). This home is in an excellent location in Plano, 15 minutes from the University of Texas at Dallas campus, 30 minutes to DFW airport and 40 minutes to AT&T Stadium. Go Ape Zipline and Adventure Park, Andretti Indoor Karting, and the Crayola Experience are all within 15 minutes of the home. Bob Woodruff Park and Oak Point Park and Nature Preserve are connected by biking trails, creating an 840-acre green space. Arbor Hills Nature Preserve boasts 200 acres, with 3 miles of paved hiking trails, 3 miles of unpaved hiking trails, and a 2.8-mile bike trail. The Shops at Willow Bend and Legacy West are nearby for shopping and entertainment. Smoking of any type is not allowed, and violations are subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Parties or large unauthorized gatherings of any sort are not allowed. Room #5 will be opened for groups of 12+ guests. Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. The spa heating element and jets are inoperable.
