The primary suite has a queen-sized bed, twin bed, large closet, 40" flat-screen TV, a beautifully updated en suite bathroom, and private balcony access. The 2nd bedroom also has 2 twin beds and back balcony access with additional seating. Linens, bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths are provided. The kitchen is equipped with essential supplies like a roll of paper towels, hand soaps, 2 dishwasher pods, and 2 laundry pods, and the bathrooms are stocked with two rolls of toilet paper each. Located directly across the street from the public beach access at 29th Avenue North in Myrtle Beach, this apartment is super close to all that Myrtle Beach has to offer both on the water and inland. There is a Starbucks/Ben and Jerry's across the street, the renowned Sea Captain's house with ocean front bar is a 3 blocks walk away, and you will be less than 1 mile from Broadway at the Beach, the Myrtle Boardwalk, and Myrtle Beach Convention Center. Quiet hours are between 11 pm and 7 am as per citywide ordinance. Please consider your neighbors, and keep noise at a reasonable sound level. Guests must be at least 25 years old to book. The maximum occupancy for this property is 6 people, including infants and children. Please treat our home and common areas with the same respect as you would your own. Pool hours are 9 am to 10 pm. No glass or pets are allowed in the pool or surrounding enclosure. No children under 12 years of age are allowed in the pool without a parent or guardian.
