For March 1st to May 1st the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old. For same-day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking. Make sure physical keys are returned, as, in case of a loss, a fine of $35 will be applicable. Late check-out is only available based on availability and needs to be checked on the same day with the housekeeper. If a late check-out is not available, guests are requested to free the unit by the specified check-out time. You must be at least 22 years old to rent this property. No smoking in the unit or on the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit and linens.
