If you violate quiet hours and disturb the neighbors, your reservation will be canceled, and you will be required to leave the property immediately without a refund. Smoking is prohibited, and if any signs of smoking are found, a $500 damage charge will be incurred. Parties are not allowed, and any damage to the home or its furnishings during your stay will be your responsibility.
