This cottage is an all-season and all-weather destination for all ages. This fully air-conditioned cottage features 5 bedrooms and three full baths. The bright and modern kitchen has a large island that seats 5. Make an espresso, coffee, latte, or cappuccino with the Breville Espresso maker or Ninja Coffee maker and enjoy it in the cozy living room or on one of the two balconies. The basement family room has a 70" Smart TV with access to streaming services, a Retro Pac-Man arcade, foosball, and air hockey table. Enjoy the 6-7 person hot tub overlooking Mont-Cascades. Bath robes and slippers are provided for all guests. Paddle boards are included. The large double garage is equipped with a "homemade" bar, Ping-Pong table, poker table, darts, and an arcade basketball net. Walking distance to Mont-Cascades Waterpark and ski resort, this chalet offers year-round activities for the whole family. Enjoy access to nature, golf, the Gatineau River and more. Within a short drive, you'll find public water access at the Gatineau River and other municipal lakes. It's a short 30-minute drive to Ottawa and Gatineau. Nearby locations include AmeriSpa (6 minutes), Nordik Spa (20 minutes), Nakkertok (Cross-Country Ski) (17 minutes), Old Chelsea (20 minutes), Wakefield (15 minutes), Great Canadian Bungee & Morrisons Quarry (20 minutes), Edelweiss Ski Resort (15 minutes), Camp Fortune Ski Resort (30 minutes), Eco Odessey (15 minutes), and Mont Cascades Golf Club (10 minutes). Only registered guests are allowed on the property. No unapproved visitors or extra guests are permitted. Maximum occupancy is 12 guests, with a maximum of 6 vehicles on site. Parties or events are not permitted and violation of this rule will result in immediate cancellation and a minimum $150 fine. Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 8 AM. No loud music or disruptive noise is allowed outdoors, especially during quiet hours. Always be respectful of the neighbors and community.
