There are 2 parking spots on the driveway, and you may find additional parking on the street. Parties and smoking are not allowed inside the house, and doing so will result in a $500 fee with extra cleaning fees. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. There is a noise monitoring device installed in the unit that tracks volume decibels, but does not record audio. There is 1 camera positioned at the front entrance of the exterior and records image and sound 24/7. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed, but they are not allowed on the furniture or left unattended, and you must pick up pet waste. Check-in is at 4pm, and check-out is at 11am.
