The Amphitheatre, hosting concerts and events, is a 5-minute drive away, and downtown St. Augustine with its shops, restaurants, and historic sites like Castillo San Marcos is also just 5 minutes away. Quiet hours are observed between 9 PM and 8 AM. This home is not suitable for parties or large group gatherings such as bachelor/bachelorette parties or wedding receptions.
