Bedrooms one and two are in the main cottage, while the third bedroom is in a detached suite with its own full bathroom, ideal for couples seeking privacy. The main central bathroom features a large walk-in shower and a vanity stocked with essentials and plenty of fluffy towels. Enjoy the convenience of a BBQ grill on the deck and a fire pit area in the paved courtyard. A handy outdoor shower is available for rinsing off after a day at the beach. A washer and dryer are provided in the laundry nook. Pets are allowed for 1 dog under 50 lbs for a $150 non-refundable pet fee. Anastasia State Park, with its 4 miles of white quartz sand beaches, is nearby, offering opportunities for bird watching, biking, swimming, fishing, and surfing. Kayak or stand-up paddleboard rentals are also available. The St. Augustine Amphitheatre, hosting concerts and events, is a 5-minute drive away. Downtown St. Augustine, with its restaurants, cafes, boutique stores, St. George Street, and Castillo San Marcos, is also just a 5-minute drive over the Bridge of Lions.
