Unauthorized guests will result in a $500 fine per person, immediate removal from the property, and cancellation of the reservation without refund. Guests are responsible for disposing of all trash and recycling in the designated dumpsters noted in the house manual located in the Guest Portal. Trash must never be left outside the unit, including doorways, balconies, or patios. We monitor the exterior via Ring cameras and any violation of this policy will result in a $500 fine. Any violation of our core rules — including but not limited to unauthorized guests, excessive noise, smoking, tampering with devices, or disruptive behavior — will result in immediate removal from the property and non-refundable cancellation of your reservation.
