Partially furnished with a new apartment sleeper sofa and a side table. All utilities (water, sewer, waste) included except electric, which is paid by the tenant. Internet is provided for all tenants. Sorry, no pets are allowed. Depending on household income, apartments rent at $1460/month or $1575/month. Jane’s Place was designed to encourage walking and biking around town with limited on-site parking. A parking permit is provided to all tenants for 12 first come, first serve parking spaces on-site. Street parking is available after spaces are full. Mountain Valley Transit offers a shuttle stop in front of the property. Covered bike parking as well as a few community bikes available for share.
