Historic Downtown Springdale is a little gem in Northwest Arkansas, with major revitalization projects underway. The Razorback Greenway is only 0.3 miles away, and it is only 0.1 miles to the center of Downtown-Emma Ave. Local downtown shopping includes Cellar Door Antique Store, Hello Local, Sire Mercantile, T.H.E.Avenue NWA, Organic Creations, Phat Tire Bike Shop, Whimsy Whoo Downtown, and more. Parties or events are not allowed unless pre-arranged with the host and the event fee has been paid, otherwise, a $1000 fine will be charged. Pets are not allowed, and pets discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. Smoking is prohibited, and smoking in the home will result in a $1000 fine plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary.
